The Guardian and Spotify Union

First I Would start recomended to you, to read this article in the page of Spotify about the union and an opinion about The Guardian.

   What is The Guardian?

The Guardian, is a british national newspaper since 1821.
   What is Spotify?

Spotify, is an application based on online music, since 2008.

Comment the article.

As we can see on the first paragraph, there is an explanation of The Guardian, based on the new global world based on the line. As is set on the article there has been a change in all the big companies with the globalization, and some of those companies had done trades with another application. In this case The Guardian with Spotify.
“Today,  anyone can hear a new release and make their mind up. But with so much new music, how do you know where to start? People need a guide. That’s why Guardian Music is important, and that’s the role we play for Spotify’s audience.”
— Caspar Llewellyn Smith, Music Editor, The Guardian

Here you have the link of The Guardian Music, for information about the page.

As has been set, The Guardian gives publicity to the music at the time spotify gets more audience of people that may not be onilne all the time, but goes into The Guardian and read the news of music, the know they have all that music on Spotify.

“From a product perspective, we had to give people a way to listen to music, but it’s not a number one priority for us to build.  The joy of partnering with a great startup like Spotify is that you’ve got brilliant people focused on these issues and creating solutions that people have only just realised they need.” (By The Guardian)

Is good to see this paragraph, the big companies accept they can´t do everything and they have to get trades with another company to succed, "in this case with the new music world".

As the article tell us, the trade of some of the bigs companies of the world one of the past and the present and another from the present and the future. Each of both need help in an area where they can´t make the difference, but if they do it together, they succed in both sides.

“We’re living in a world where new relationships are possible, and we’re trying to figure those out. In physical, every component of a newspaper is working hard to a specific goal. In the digital world, we’re in the baby steps and we need to experiment. And it’s sensible for us to do things differently, working with partners like Spotify. It’s really invigorating, there’s lots we can learn and we’re all just dying to figure out what the future will look like.”
— Caspar Llewellyn Smith, Music Editor, The Guardian

The union of campanies is the future? Is possible? what do you think?
